  • We reserve the right to cancel any Order at any stage prior to shipment, with a full refund issued for any amount already paid.
  • Cancellation requests from Your side must be raised before the Order has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; the Return & Exchange Policy will apply instead.

  • We accept payments through the payment methods listed on the Website, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable law. Where available, please quote Your Order number when raising a grievance, to help us resolve it faster.
