Shipping and Handling

Domestic Policy:

  • STYZEN offers free shipping pan-India.
  • We process your orders within 1-3 business days. And products will be delivered to your doorstep within 4-7 business days. Certain regions of India may take a little longer than the others due to certain norms that some shipping companies have.
  • If a size/ color you chose is not available immediately, you shall be informed via phone or email within 48 hours.
  • Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays
  • There can be additional delays in dispatch and deliveries during the festive season, public holidays, and in the case of bad weather / natural calamities. 
  • We’re continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.
  • We do accept Online payments. For bank transfer, please write to contact@styzen.in and someone will help you out.
  • Our team tries to make sure that your shipments are delivered to you on time with ease.  We do not take the liability of delivery date and time post dispatch if someone else has refused your order, nor the person who has signed for while receiving the shipment.  Nevertheless, someone from our team will surely assist in helping you track your order and sort out shipping related issues if needed.
  • If you need to change your shipping address or contact number, please send in an email with the change by within 2 hours of the order being placed. Change requests after that shall only be processed the next day.
  • Styzen partners with leading logistics providers in India such as FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery. 
  • Shipping is free for all orders.

International Policy:

  • Shipping charges vary depending on the country and the zone from which it is ordered.
  • We process the orders within 1-3 working days. The delivery time for your products depends on the country from which the order is placed. Usually within 14 working days the shipment reaches our customers. However the timeline may be extended depending the country from which the order is placed , delay in custom clearances and other unforeseen cicrcumstances.
  • If a size/ color you chose is not available immediately, you shall be informed via phone or email within 48 hours.
  • There can be additional delays in dispatch and deliveries during the festive season, public holidays, and in the case of bad weather / natural calamities. 
  • No Refund / Cancelleation will provided in International orders
