Return and Exchange Policy

The Quality Control Team at Styzen ensures every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped out. Please do not accept any courier or package from us if the packing is damaged and tampered as we will not be able to help you in that case for any damages and claims to the product
If you want to raise a request for exchange or return please follow the steps mentioned below.

Please note: Returns can be initiated only within 7 days of reciept of product, after which no return requests will be  accepted. The product must be unused and the tags must still be attached.

  1. Click a Picture
    Click a picture of the damaged/defective product where the damaged area is clearly visible. 
    For better results keep the product under good light while clicking the picture.
  1. Email the Image
    Email the image within 7 days to with the title as “Return/Refund Request”.
  1. Mail or courier the product to our mailing address.
    The mailing address is
    27 , 1st floor , Raja Motor Market , 2nd cross ,
    Journalist Colony , Bengaluru, India – 560002.

Verification and Refund Processing 

Once the product is delivered to us. We will start processing the refund after verifying the damage / defected product. The Refund process can take upto 7-10 working days after receiving the product back.

International orders from Outside India

For international orders, We do not accept returns or exchanges. However if you face any issues you can contact us and we will be happy to help you in the best way possible

Customised orders

Customised Products with custom Initials, Logos or any other form of customisation cannot be returned/ exchanged. Cash on Delivery option is not available on Custom Orders
