Return and Exchange Policy

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase! If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, after which no return/exchange requests will be  accepted. 
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us by email at or by Whatsapp at +91 8217664408 to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
  3. Ship the return package to our address.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
    Please Note:
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Processing Returns & Exchanges:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase or to your bank accounts
  • If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once your return is processed.


International orders from Outside India

For international orders, We do not accept returns or exchanges. However if you face any issues you can contact us and we will be happy to help you in the best way possible

Customised orders

Customised Products with custom Initials, Logos or any other form of customisation cannot be returned/ exchanged. Cash on Delivery option is not available on Custom Orders

Please Note:
The Quality Control Team at Styzen ensures every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped out. Please do not accept any courier or package from us if the packing is damaged and tampered as we will not be able to help you in that case for any damages and claims to the product
